Photomask Japan 2021 (PMJ2021) offers on-line registration.

Online registration will be closed on March 31 (23:59 JST) and re-open on April 5, 2021 (JST).

* If you require an invoice for the payment, you can download the PDF of invoice from your personal page after choosing the payment method as bank transfer.

CONFIRMATION AND RECEIPT

  • If you have paid the registration fee by credit card, Payment Confirmation will be sent to the registered e-mail address automatically.
  • If you pay the fee by bank transfer, a reply e-mail with bank information will be sent to the registered e-mail address. After confirming your payment, Payment Confirmation will be sent by the Registration Office.
  • If you do not receive any e-mail message within 24 hours, please contact the Registration Office.
  • Receipt can be downloaded from your registration account.

To be announced by payment confirmation e-mail or appeared on your registration account after confirming your payment.

*PMJ2021 Digital Forum ID/PW is different from ID/PW to log-in registration account.

If you would like to change your registration category and payment method, please contact the Registration Office.

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION
In case of cancellation, a written notification must be sent to the Photomask Japan Registration Office <pmj-reg@jtbcom.co.jp>.
The following cancellation fees will apply, based on the date when the office receives your cancellation notification.
*Excludes the cancellation due to force majeure and organizer's reasonable control.

* About the refund

  • Via Credit card:
    The refund will be made via the credit card which you have used at the registration.

    All refunds will be made after the symposium.
