Photomask Japan 2019 (PMJ2019) offers on-line registration.
All payments must be made in JAPANESE YEN(¥) by credit card or bank transfer.

All registrations fee should be accompanied by full payment of the registration fee in Japanese Yen (¥).

Registration fees will increase after April 2, 2019.
On-line Registration will be closed on April 8, 2019.

* Any bank changes including the ones of paying banks or intermediary banks should be borne by the applicants.
* If the remittance covers more than one person, please inform us of the name of each participant.
* If you require an invoice for the payment, you can download the PDF of invoice from your personal page after choosing the payment method as bank transfer.

If you have paid the registration fee by credit card, Payment Confirmation will be sent to the registered e-mail address automatically.
If you pay the fee by bank transfer, a reply e-mail with bank information will be sent to the registered e-mail address. After confirming your payment, Payment Confirmation will be sent by the Registration Office.
If you do not receive any e-mail message within 24 hours, please contact the Registration Office.
Receipts will be issued upon payment at the Registration Desk during the Symposium.

In case of cancellation, a written notification must be sent to the Photomask Japan Registration Office on or before April 2, 2019. If received by April 2, 2019, your cancellation will be accepted and a refund of fees will be made. (Bank handling charges will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.) If you pay by bank transfer, your A/C No., A/C Name, Bank Name, Branch Name (Address) should be notified as well. No refunds will be made for cancellations received from April 3, 2019 onwards.
