• * All deadline dates are in Japan Standard Time.
• * The deadline date is based on the arrival date of your application form and the confirmation of your payment of the registration fee to the Registration Office.

REGISTRATION FEE
All payments must be made in JAPANESE YEN (¥)

** Student rate is applicable only to those who have student status at the time of symposium and not to be students who have a full-time job. Students are required to submit a scanned image file (in either jpeg or pdf format) of their student ID via online registration form.

Payment of registration fee must be made in Japanese Yen.

CONFIRMATION AND RECEIPT

• If you have paid the registration fee by credit card, Payment Confirmation will be sent to the registered e-mail address automatically.
• If you pay the fee by bank transfer, a reply e-mail with bank information will be sent to the registered e-mail address. After confirming your payment, Payment Confirmation will be sent by the Registration Office.
• If you do not receive any e-mail message within 24 hours, please contact the Registration Office.
• Receipt can be downloaded from your registration account.

CHANGES OF REGISTRATION
Please revise your personal information by logging-in to your registration account.
If you would like to change your registration category and payment method, please contact the Registration Office.

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION
In case of cancellation, a written notification must be sent to the Photomask Japan Registration Office <pmj-reg@jtbcom.co.jp>.
The following cancellation fees will apply, based on the date when the office receives your cancellation notification.
*Excludes the cancellation due to force majeure and organizer's reasonable control.

* About the refund

• Via Credit card:
  The refund will be made via the credit card which you have used at the registration.
• Via Bank transfer:
  All refunds will be made after the symposium.
  Bank charges will be deducted from the amount to be paid back.
